General Guidelines

  2. Create an unboxing video immediately to verify the condition of the product.
  3. If the product is damaged or incorrect, report the issue within 2 hours of delivery by sharing the unboxing video via WhatsApp at +91-9211771950 or email at info@shriayurvedaimperia.com.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Eligible for return, refund, or replacement if:
    • The product is damaged during delivery.
    • The incorrect product was sent.

Important Note: Returns and refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind.

Return and Cancellation Process

  1. Order Cancellation:
    • Contact us within 2 hours of purchase to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

  2. Return Requests:
    • If your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
    • Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and condition.
    • Items sent back without an approved return request will not be processed.

Refund Processing

  1. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality check.
  2. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-5 business days after approval.
  3. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process approved returns once the item is received and verified.

Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Additional Terms

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement:
    • Customers must record an unboxing video upon receiving the product to validate any claims of damage or incorrect delivery. No refund will be given unless the clear and complete unboxing video is provided by the claimant customer.
  2. Report Issues Immediately:
    • Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and images as proof.
